Our team of strength & conditioning coaches utilizes advanced equipment to help athletes enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, dynamic stability, speed, agility, explosive power, and functional movement patterns. We also have connections with doctors, therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, and other rehabilitation professionals who can assist athletes directly after injuries. To ensure the best possible training environment, we offer split training sessions for males and females. We’re also dedicated to injury prevention and offer pre-season injury risk assessments for all athletes and clients. Through assessments like the Functional Movement Screen, we identify movement flaws, strength imbalances, and deficiencies in balance and core stability. This allows us to pinpoint athletes at higher risk for injury and prescribe corrective exercises to reduce future injury risks.
